We first worked with The RD&E NHS Trust in Devon in 2019, they approached LDR Media to drive recruitment. They wanted to communicate the quality of life that can be achieved while working for the NHS in Devon. 

LDR Media developed the full creative concept for the campaign. We focused on four members of staff, ‘NHS heroes’ and created the ‘I AM’ series. Telling the stories of these four NHS heroes to emphasise the work life balance, togetherness and sense of pride in working for the NHS.

With a fast turn around required, LDR Media produced the final videos within a month of our first conversation. Four months later, the NHS trust had achieved 100% capacity in the jobs targeted.

We have continued to work with the NHS since then producing the ‘We are’ campaign with the team in Torbay & South Devon. TV adverts, trust promotional videos and recruitment all featured in the wide ranging content production.
