In 2019, The RD&E NHS Trust in Devon appointed LDR Media to support a critical recruitment drive. The objective was clear: showcase the quality of life and sense of purpose that comes with working for the NHS in Devon.
We developed the full creative platform, launching the “I AM” series - profiling four frontline staff and telling their stories with honesty and pride. The films highlighted work-life balance, community, and the deep sense of meaning behind the roles.
With a rapid turnaround, the campaign was delivered within a month of our initial brief. Within four months, the Trust had reached 100% capacity across the targeted roles.
Following its success, we continued our partnership, producing the “We Are” campaign for Torbay & South Devon, alongside TV adverts, promotional films, and ongoing recruitment content.
