Arena brings projects to life by designing and building spaces to make a lasting impression. They’re responsible for building the seating and structures for some of the most prestigious events in the world: The King’s Coronation, The Ryder Cup, Cheltenham Festival to name just a few.

LDR Media began work with Arena in 2023 to produce their flagship promotional video for the year: The Open Championship. Working with them we designed the creative all around Arena's tagline “Breathing life into space” and played on the prestige of the event by using Sir John Betjemen’s famous poem ‘Seaside Golf’ as the voice over.

We filmed the famous Hoylake golf course empty and then a second day following kiwi golfer Ryan Fox to produce the final video. We then worked closely with The Open’s brand team to align the 2 brands together for the final edit.
